Anaphylaxis

This learning resource has been written to meet the needs of a wide variety of health care professionals such as health care support workers, registered practitioners and medical staff in both the community and hospital setting. It aims to help learners to:

  • Define anaphylaxis
  • Describe who is at risk of anaphylaxis
  • List four causes of anaphylaxis
  • Explain how to recognise and treat anaphylaxis
  • Describe the follow up that a patient will require

Anaphylaxis was re-launched on Health Education England (HEE) e-Learning for Health (e-LfH) in May 2016

Course provider: Coventry & Warwickshire Workforce Locality Stakeholder Board.
