The e-learning coaching course will examine how coaching can benefit you, your staff and your organisation. It introduces you to a range of coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours that will enhance your communication and leadership skills. There is the opportunity for interaction throughout the course. By end of the session you will be ready to initiate coaching conversations with colleagues.
