Care Fit for VIPS is based on  the VIPS Framework developed by the Association for Dementia Studies, led by Professor Dawn Brooker at the University of Worcester.

Care Fit for VIPS is a stand-alone onine resource for a single user or for several staff from the same team to use and compare their perceptions.

The VIP Framework delineates 25 indicators of best practice in person centred care into manageable chunks.  Under each indicator, the users can assess their practice / service / area, build an action plan and directly access extensive web links to books, articles, training resources, YouTube clips etc.

Users are required to register at first use to be able to use the free resources.
