Scoping integrated apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (2017) has been developed as a best practice learning resource for organisations and partnerships interested in developing opportunities for Integrated Apprenticeships.

The report, commissioned by Health Education England (HEE) and produced by Skills for Care working with Skills for Health, includes:

  • An overview of current integrated apprenticeships
  • Case studies and examples of good practice
  • Learning from successful project and guidance on overcoming barriers

Health Education England (HEE) has developed the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities toolkit  to support organisations in the development and delivery of widening participation and apprenticeships strategies and plans. Best practice from the above report has been included in this toolkit.
