Leadership

Leadership

This range of resources has been compiled by the Leadership Learning Directorate of Health Education England, West Midlands to develop outstanding leaders in healthcare.

Suzanne Harris, director of leadership at Health Education England, West Midlands, said: "There's unequivocal evidence that there's a strong relationship between leadership capability and performance. Good leadership leads to a good organisational climate, which improves staff satisfaction, that in turn leads to better patient care. That's why investing in leadership is essential."

The HEWM Leadership Learning Directorate has also devised a series of courses that is available through OCB Leadership.
