Workforce development

The Workforce Development e-learning has been developed by DH e-Learning for Healthcare for national use, with the support of expert authors within the wider NHS.

The e-learning sessions are designed to support or enhance the training cycle of all staff within the NHS. This includes induction, compulsory or refresher training, which takes place on a regular, annual or bi-annual basis.

The modules cover a diverse range of content from Fire Safety to Death Certification. Content is relevant for a wide range of staff, as it includes clinical and non-clinical material. All modules are quality assured by a subject expert and any endorsements are detailed on the opening page.
