Embracing Change

Embracing Change was developed in 2011 by NHS organisations in the West Midlands.

It provides helpful and practical information to NHS staff and healthcare graduates in the region who may be faced with personal and professional challenges due to NHS organisational restructuring.

It includes information about how to deal with change, advice on personal development and help with career planning, CV and interview preparation skills. It also has advice on retirement, stress management and links to other useful sources of information.
