Health Education England e-Learning for Healthcare (HEE e-LfH) has released a new e-learning programme to support the theoretical component of the national Care Certificate.

The Care Certificate was developed as part of the recommendations from Camilla Cavendish following her review of health and social care support workers. The certificate provides 15 standards which form part of a structured induction for care workers. Aimed at both students and their assessors, the e-learning resource provides sessions to support theoretical knowledge for each of the 15 standards and post-session questions to encourage reflection and discussion about how to apply each standard in their place of work.
