The University of Wolverhampton’s Improving Patient and Service User Experiences project has developed a series of videos based on real patients’ experiences of healthcare services. They are intended to be used as trigger materials for training a variety of healthcare workers.

The project was undertaken at the university’s School of Health and Wellbeing on behalf of the Black Country Locality Board and was funded by the West Midlands SHA as part of its Patient Experience Learning Programme in 2010.
